Essential Information about Scuba Diving Dubai

• Everyone must carry their Emirates ID or passport when coming for the activity.
• Kids below 10 years old are not allowed due to safety reasons.
• The activity is available in Dubai Jumeirah and Fujairah locations.
• Our pickup facilities are available from Dubai hotels and residences. No airport pickups are available.
• Pickup and drop-off can be chosen while booking the tickets.
• Participants between 10 and 17 years old must bring a signed medical liability from guardians.
• 30 minutes of safety briefing is compulsory to attend by every participant.
• Avoid flights after 18 hrs of scuba diving.
• Kindly bring comfortable footwear, swimwear, towel, and clothes.
• Bookings are taken as per the availability.

Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellations made two days before the activity will get a full refund.
• Cancellations made within two days will be 100% chargeable.
• The refund amount will be reflected in your bank account within seven days (if eligible).

Child Policy

• Kids below 10 years old won’t be allowed due to safety reasons.
• Children between 10 and 17 years old must pay the child rate.
• Others above 17 years old must pay the standard ticket charges.
