Things to Remember

• You must carry a valid identity proof during the tour.
• If you want to get picked up from any other location other than your hotel, we can arrange for the same, but you will have to pay extra.
• You should be in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before we arrive to pick you.

Cancellation Policy

• We issue refunds within 7 business days.
• If you cancel too close to your tour date then you have to pay the entire money as cancellation fee.
• If you cancel 24 hours before your tour then you do not have to pay any cancellation fee.

For Children

• Kids who are more than 10 years of age will have to pay adult rates.
• Kids who fall in the age group of 3 to 10 years will have to pay child rates.
• Kids who are below 3 years of age do not have to pay anything.
