• Guests must reach the Atlas Village at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled activity time.
• Anyone visiting 15 minutes after the activity has begun will be held as a no-show and won’t be allowed to participate.
• The mentioned time on the activity voucher is the check-in time and not the activity time.
• Six people are allowed to join at a time.
• The minimum age requirement to join the activity is 8 years old and above. Besides, swimming abilities are compulsory.
• Kids under 12 years must visit with a paying adult over 18 years old.

• Any cancellations attempted before 72 hours of the scheduled activity will be done for free with a full refund.
• If you cancel the bookings between 72 and 24 hours, a 50% cancellation charge will be levied.
• A 100% cancellation charge will be levied upon canceling the bookings within 24 hours of the scheduled activity.
• The refund amount will be reflected in your bank account within seven business days (if eligible).
• Rescheduling is allowed before 24 hours of the scheduled activity.

 Child Policy

• Kids between 3 and 7 years old must book the child tickets.
