Pick-up Points

• If you are coming from Bur Dubai, our pickup location is next to the Ansar Gallery (at 7.30 pm).
• We will pick you up from the Ibis Style Hotel Dragon Mart around 8 pm.
• By 7.30 pm (behind Al Khoory Sky Garden Hotel at 7.30 pm).
• Our pickup location also includes the Mall of Emirates (opposite the Hot Spot Restaurant).

• Upon arrival, the warm traditional Emirati hospitality and welcome gesture with refreshments will leave you astounded.
• Our onsite staff members will take guests to their respective tables.
• Enjoy alcoholic beverages (for adults only).
• The stage will be prepared for the gala celebration.

• Any cancellations made 14 days before the New Year will be done for free.
• If you cancel the bookings within 14 days, it will attract a 100% cancellation charge.
• The refund amount will be reflected in your bank account within seven business days (if eligible).

Child Policy

• Kids below 3 years old can join the activity for free.
• Children between 3-10 years must pay the child rate for the activity.
• Others above 10 years must book the standard tickets.
