  • Our transfer facilities will be available from centrally located hotels and residences (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina, and other areas).
  • The sharing transfers are available from old town Dubai which includes Deira, Bur Dubai, Karama, Downtown, Trade Center, and Satwa.
  • However, if you are booking shared transfers from New Town Dubai, you will need to pay an additional cost. The new town places include Business Bay, Al Barsha, JLT, JBR, Marina, Palm Jumeirah, and Jumeirah 1, 2 & 3.
  • In case your location is away from the SIC pickup points, our team will contact you.
  • We won’t issue any refund for the partially used services.
  • Please don’t bring any heavy luggage during the activity.
  • A few locations and attractions might remain closed on weekends. We won’t be responsible in that case.
  • The timing for sharing transfer can be modified (30 to 60 minutes) depending on the traffic conditions in your area.
  • Avoid eating, drinking, or smoking in public areas.
