- Canceling the bookings 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be 100% refundable.
- If you cancel the bookings within 24 hours, it will attract a 100% cancellation charge.
- Expect to get the refund in your bank account within seven business days (if eligible).
Child Policy
- Kids under 5 years old don’t require separate tickets if they don’t occupy a seat.
- Children between 5 and 15 years old must book a child ticket.
